Jackie Gibbons has always loved dogs (but what dog trainer hasn’t?). She really got into training when she got her first dog as an adult. Bruiser, a German Shepherd, showed her the exciting world of training. She has had the opportunity to assist a dog during labor and delivery and was able to help bring her other dog Bearyl, a Newfoundland, into the world. Her background as a Special Education teacher, specializing in Applied Behavioral Analysis, gives her a different perspective into working with each case. She has volunteered at animal shelters, giving her practice with a variety of breeds of dog. She works using positive reinforcement methods with all dogs.
